Dxtrade Lot Size Limit Fix

Since dxtrade has a lot size limits for ethusd at 10 lots max and btcusd at 5, create some functionality to split the order into multiple orders. For example, if your order from alert is 25 ETHUSD, send two 10 lot orders and one 5 lot order to fill the specified amount from strategy. It's not worth it to trade my eth strategies only getting filled with 10 eth! Let me know if this is plausible.
